Bafut Council, N.W Region - Cameroon
The Bafut Council was created amongst others by a Presidential Decree No. 93/321 0f 25th Nov. 1993 as stipulated by section 3(1) of law No.2004/18 of 22nd July 2004. It's mission is to promote local development and improving on the living conditions of their inhabitants. This follows the law of decentralization which aims at devolving powers from the central government to local collectivities to administer their own local government areas. | ||||
